Standard Junk Removal
• Starting at $150–equivalent to one pick up load or 1/4 trailer load
• Ideal for furniture, household junk, garage cleanouts,
   bagged yard waste, and small brush piles
• Pricing reflects volume and accessibility
• Labor, loading, transportation, and disposal included

Dirt, Concrete &
Heavy Material Removal
• Minimum project charge: $500 (includes up to 3 cubic yards)
• Additional material: $125–$150 per cubic yard
• Up to 12 cubic yards per load capacity
• Heavy material quotes available via photos or on-site evaluation

Mini Skid Steer Services
• Projects requiring equipment begin at $375–$500
• Landscape removal, gravel driveway repair/installation
• Brush & lot clearing, shrub removal
• Yard grading & leveling
